What he does on GreggsMenus
GreggsMenus is an independent project: it is not run by, or connected to, Greggs plc. Syed set it up as a single, searchable reference for the Greggs menu, so that the price and calories of any of the 283 items can be checked in one place, with the source shown next to each figure.
He maintains the dataset behind every item page, writes and edits the guides, and handles reader corrections sent to contact@greggsmenus.com.
How prices and nutrition are checked
Prices are read from the public Greggs Click + Collect menu for named shops on named dates: a Central London shop, a Sheffield high-street shop and a Rotherham forecourt unit. The most recent check was on 24 September 2026. Where a price has not been seen directly it is labelled as an estimate and never used in structured data.
Calories, nutrition and allergens come from Greggs' own published nutritional information and allergen guide. Figures that Greggs does not publish are left out rather than guessed. The full method is on the pricing methodology and sources pages, and the editorial rules are in the editorial policy.
