What to include in a correction
To help us check a correction quickly, tell us the product name exactly as it appears on the menu, the shop (town and street, or the name shown in the Greggs app), the date you saw it, and the price or calorie figure you saw. A screenshot of the Click + Collect menu or the shelf ticket is the fastest way for us to verify a price.
How we handle your message
Every message is read by a person. Corrections are checked against Greggs' own Click + Collect menu, nutrition information or allergen guide before a page is changed, and when we change a figure we update the date shown on that page. We aim to reply within a few working days. We never sell or share your email address.
